De Oosterpoort, R10 - Panel Room
12:00 - 13:00

A checklist of artist's digital essentials for 2018. Audience engagement (marketing) and audience analysis (data) lead an artist's day-to-day B2C actions. This panel looks at the wide (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram etc) and the narrow (What's App, Email, App) digital channels, examples of best practice, and things to avoid. The revolution has been digitised, and its tools are upgraded every year.
