Now, she is responsible for James Arthur’s international success with breakout single “Say you won’t let go” and is developing and working with new artists such as Grace Carter, Au/Ra, Lions Head and dePresno.

Wilbert Mutsaers is currently Head of Benelux, Content & Creator at Spotify. Previously he was CEO at Mojo Concerts - Live Nation. Formerly he was Station manager at the public radiostations NPO 3FM, Radio 6 and FunX of which he managed the music-, marketing- & online-strategy. Mutsaers has been Head of A&R, Creative and Marketing Director at Universal Music and Sony Music Benelux. Mutsaers is co-founder and first chairman of the Dutch Pop-Coalition and a member of the Dutch Creative Council, the creative board for the Dutch Government.

The Bank works with artists like Vera (playing Eurosonic), Minds Of 99, Eloq, Thanks, AV AV AV, Nephew and Hugo Helmig. The Bank just opened a branch in Sweden headed by Ben Malén and looks set to expand into the rest of Scandinavia in the near future. Jakob Sørensen was one of the original founders of Copenhagen Records where he worked acts like Lukas Graham, Alphabeat, Nik & Jay and Nephew.
