SOAK is the alter ego of Irish singer-songwriter Bridie Monds-Watson. She is only 19 years old, but she knows what she wants in life: to make music. She quit school to work on her experimental, wayward folk music. And she is doing great: she recently toured with Bombay Bicycle Club, collaborated with Chvrches and released her well-received debut album 'Before We Forget How To Dream' with music label Rough Trade. Despite her young age, she radiates maturity, and her fragile voice is accompanied by beautiful, acoustic guitar riffs. Small, intimate, and very impressive.
